well to make it brief ish you can compare the Berbers to the Native Americans in North america.
The Berbers were to first inhabitants of Northern Africa before the arabs came and conquered that land both violently and non violently lol (so no hard feelings)
In North Africathe majority of ppl are ethnicly Berber but only a small percentage know that they are of Berber descent because Arabinization tried to assimilate and eliminate Berber identity. Thank God in Morocco arabinization was not so strong. that is why 30% to 40% of Moroccan declare being Berber and speak Berber languages (Tamazight, Amazigh, Tachilhit etc..). However in places like Tunisia, Libya and Algeria Arabinization worked and only like 10% of the population still know that they are ethnically Berber.

edit: ouu btw I LOVED your post in the other thread. I agree with you . Turkey does not occupy lands that belong to Greece. in fact in my opinion Greece is stealing half of Cyprus. The armenian genocide IS 100% still disputed etc...

That's interesting. I guess they were also a nomadic tribe back in the day? Turks were assimilated/ heavily influenced by Islam. They were a nomadic tribe too and were running away from Chinese people. They settled all around Central Asia, mainly Anatolia and some even in Europe.

We had some Nomadic tribes. Like the Sahrawi Berbers and the Tuareg Berbers are nomadic and move around. they are usually in the southern region of north africa. but we also had entire "empires" and sedentary tribes like the Amazigh in the Atlas mountains, the Soussis, the Riffians in the north etc...so when the arabs came they had a tough ass time trying to rid of them because they were already an established ppl. so when they kept fighting and forcing islam to the Berbers it did not work. so what the arabs had to do was to create Arabization and make it a form of superiority. they made being arab a classist thing. so slowly they started converting the Berbers and making them feel that in order to become a real muslim you must leave your Berber identity behind and become Arab. in time that Arabization worked and now we have modern day North Africa were 70% of the population is actually Berber but only a few know if it.


and lol I know! it honestly all falls down to the fact that muslims are seen as the enemy to the west. even if Turkey was the victim of something they would all find a way to make it seem like Turkey is at fault. their opinions are sooooo biased and hateful.

I just think ppl need to have a much more un biased perspective on things. like the minute they read a discussion that has to do between a muslim country and a non muslim country they automatically side with the non muslim country without reading about the actual facts. it's so dumb in my opinion.

I hold on to arguments for long because when i come back I am 100% convinced that things are not the same and that pisses me off...cuz i'm like "omg I built all of this relationship into this amazing thing only for it to crumble with a massive fight and now that we tried to patch it up it won't ever get to it's original peak" and that feeling makes me so bitter lol

no no sis she 100% changed her face. it was even a big deal on asian gossip sites because the change was so big that it shocked a ton of her fans

but i know what you mean. a lot of my asian friends faces changed at a certain age.

Google it and search there was a gossip site ( i cannot remember the name) that even posted the chronological order of each surgery and it was so shocking and sad for me because she now looks generic where as before she was such a unique beauty. she is still pretty but not unique anymore

I'm not really into movies and stuff, more of a videogame fan, both the Fatal Frame and Silent Hill series are great japanese horror inspired games, there's a couple of Silent Hill movies tho (first one is decent, the sequel was panned )
