The 1st couple of characters shown in the series arent even relevant whatsoever. Entire episode was devoted to blackwater battle as well. Thats not what it is about to me; its called "Game of thrones" for a reason. If you alienate The wall and Jon altogether,that title would still be accurate.
Khaleesi knows what continent she's on and where her destination is. You just stated the obvious.
