that kinda sounds like a kidney stone, but it's weird that it would never come out...sometimes kidney stones do break up/dissolve before you pee so you don't see them but they still cause some pain, but it's strange that it would happen /every/ time. (i actually had a kidney stone that did that before and it hurt like hell for like 3 hours, it was terrible, i can't imagine how bad it would be to actually have to get one out o.e)
that's probably not a UTI though, a UTI wouldn't come on any kind of consistent schedule
