She was born into fame and money and virtually never has to 'work' a day in her life. It's kind of wrong that that is inspiring.

His persona is really bad. That part is not good, just bad.

It's Kendrick, who could literally make 2 minute unfinished demos crying and get a 10/10 stars review knowing they won't listen to it more than two times. But feel compelled to call it the best release of the year because #blacklivesmatter & "he's bringing real Rap back".

I know she's Kim's younger sister, but the fact that she's done something huge for herself and has made a name for herself at just age 18 is pretty admirable. You've got to respect that. But it's not like I'm obsessed w/ her or look up to everything she does, lol. I just admire that general idea.

I stan for Kanye, but critics do overpraise him these days. Kendrick as well, though.

It's not that admirable, because it was very, very easy for her to do.
It would've been kind of sad/dipshit'd if she wasn't able to do it... honestly.
And either way, it's embarrassing and sad that culture enables this.

Music is often about progression and a message.
I make music but at this point I could never do it for a living because it has no significance in either of those categories.
There is nothing worse than music that serves no purpose.
I used to like it, and even sometimes there is some gratitude I owe to pop music, but it's mostly trivial and I trivially respect it. It's easier to respect it when I respect the person behind it, even if it is moderately useless (rihanna, kesha).
