The ghost twin thing really was a mess but i'm glad they're addressing the cancer thing instead of letting it slide under the rug, I don't get how someone is SO CONVINCED they have stage 3 cancer that they're bawling & then to find out you actually never had it in the first place, to just be like "oh? okay cool". Like no tears, no screaming and freaking out that you're not sick & dying? I'm over Olivia tbh.

It's supposed to be vine/youtube stars and instathots but I ain't never seen none of them before.
I think they're mostly Instagram girls, but they probably honestly are going who have like 25k with 50% or more of those being purchased fake followers. It's so easy to make it look like you have a presence on social media nowadays, and I highly doubt Oxygen looked into it that deeply to make sure. They're not exactly known for their thoroughness.
And apparently they have their phones with them since they're posting pics on instagram at the house.
