I think they do. The past few weeks Bernie's camp has been signing up people to register. It sucks though for some reason of you were unregistered you could have registered up until two days ago but if you registered for a different party you had to make the switch LAST YEAR . That's some bs

No one had any knowledge that having a closed primary helps Hillary because last year there were none. So it had nothing to do with helping her win (or if it did then it was a huge leap of faith based on no real evidence)
