I don't think there's a setting for it yet, but I know it's been brought up.

User walls (as it works on the current ATRL) is being worked on by a 3rd party developer and will be a launch addition. It will be independent of the Activity tab, which will be used to show recent activity. The Activity tab will be optional for those who don't want that displayed.
