I know it's the theme of the era (until scrapped) but you have to be blind to not see everything is low budget: The tour, the music videos, the promo... everthing is cheap.

lol i like how ATRL is the only place that has an issue with her tour visuals or visuals of the era as a whole. As if this site is accredited.
The whole era is about minimalism, Rih is bored with the spectacle of pop stardom and what comes with it. She stripped it down and that is what yall are going to get, it isn't cheap it is just stripped down.
