It's meant to boast of Christina's achievements in the faces of others who think they're hot but aren't. The picture has those three throwing some shade at Christina, but then you look up and hey Christina is the one with all the Grammys. You could spin it and say it's a diss towards Christina, in that Beyonce, Gaga, and Britney are all popular and active, and Christina is not, so Christina is being shunned by the three divas, and all her Grammys don't mean squat because she is still lame.
