This is, um, not unordinary behavior for Kim. It'll arrive... eventually. She never specifically set a time she was going to drop it sooooo technically it's not late until 12:00am 3/29 NYC time.

How is mentioning paypal some sort of drag? It's funny, She was legally barred from selling music - though found a loophole and in-turn made enough money to pay my school loans x 30 pocketing Every single dollar made. Can't say the same for your fave who probably made the same amount after 2 Pop album releases.
