She freaking SLAYED that last note in "Skyfall." Anyways... Don't jinx it with the whole her sounding great and being able to do the whole tour thing! I don't want to get my hopes up! But I'm really glad that (knock on wood) she hasn't encountered any vocal issues or anything so far in the tour. I hope that she makes it through the rest of the tour without any issues.
Also, I take back what I said about being fine if she removed "One and Only" from the setlist. Even though I've always loved it, I've always thought it was overrated in comparison to some of her other songs, but I've been jamming to it hard lately. This setlist is literally PERFECT. She needs to keep it for the entire tour, with the exception of stuff like Glastonbury.
Hey! So I know i dont post here much, but I really am such a huge fan of Adele and have been since I heard Hometown Glory.
Just gonna do a little review of things from the other night, you guys know i loved it already from my tweets, but still.
Her voice is insanely great. The little clips dont do it justice. There was almost no bad notes at all. When she started 'All I Ask' she sounded horrendous, though, and i thought "oh god" then she was like "**** it. Can we start again, i just ruined that" and made a joke about how she knows shes not a perfect singer, but nobody bought it. Everyone at the arena left thinking she was the best singer ever, i promise you. The mistake actually made her seem more real and human - if her jokes and swearing throughout the night didn't already do that. She acted out coming up through the stage again cause it's the first song of the last 3 she comes back for. It was hilarious.
I went there thinking that 'One and Only' would be a drag, but it was the surprise standout of the night. The "I know it aint easy, giving up your heart" bit was just magical. The whole arena was SILENT and when she finished the song the crowd went absolutely mental.
Each performance was brilliant but the standouts overall had to be One and Only, Someone Like You, Don't You Remember, When We Were Young, All I Ask and...much to my surprise....Sweetest Devotion. Seriously, her voice on SD was incredible. Perfectly sung and the crowd were getting so into it. Based on the performance and the way she acted before and after the song, I would expect it to be a single, or at least get a GRAMMY 2017 performance.
It's very rare that you go to a show where every single audience member knows the words to every single song done, but Adele had that. The whole night was like one giant singalong and that really made the 13000 arena feel like she was singing just to you! I'd go again in a heartbeat!
Things she said throughout the night: Hinting at a video for SML, saying WWWY is her favourite ever song written by her and the best on 25, she loves Lady Gaga, she's not taking a 5 year break and that she really appreciates everything we do. You really get the impression she doesn't realise just how adored she is!

Sounds as if you has an incredible night which is nice to know! I love how she starts songs again if she messes up I wish she'd done that at the Grammys just to see people's reaction
