Just because the vast majority of American families are "traditional families" (which is the case in like... everywhere else in the world?

), doesn't mean she can go out of her way to take back an important initial step to universal recognition of same-sex parenthood just because she's too afraid of "backlash" - some things clearly are worthy of some "backlash", this is one of them.
I cannot ever comprehend how you guys can be defending this email in any way, shape or form. It's absolutely horrifying.
