Gaga doesn't have the fitness to pull of Madonna's shows, but the Born This Way Ball was certainly quite a feat. Nothing compared to Madonna, but credit given where credit's due. artRAVE was meh, but she's obviously taking it easy-er post-injury.
Interesting to see what she puts out next... anyway I know half of ya'll hate her. Hopefully for reasons beyond some 5-year old Madonna comment.
Katy has a lot of great songs, but she's a poor performer and bad vocalist. A few highly produced songs need not make us forget that she is very replaceable. I guess she can write cute at times too.

I actually started writing it in the tour thread and then copy and pasted it here because I thought no one would even see it in the tour thread.
I'm going to do the tour thread like I did the essentials rate, every couple months I'll un-Eartha it, and post about how much I loved it.
Speaking of the tour , the songs that have left the most remaining impression and have left me loving them were "Devil Pray" (already loved but now am OBSESSED), "Body Shop" (what a HYMM!) and the original "Rebel Heart", which for a long time i refused to listen to our of disappointment. However, had I not had by taste tainted by the demo, I think I would have loved it a whole lot more.
Bitch I'm Madonna never letting that thread die. It'll be revived for the live release and then for a few months before it's eventual closure. I think The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour one got closed like recently.
Let's take a moment to appreciate the Girlie Show. Way better than BA.

Yes, Blond Ambition World Tour changed the scope for tours, but I find that the message with The Girlie Show World Tour has a better presentation. Blond Ambition is given credit because shows weren't pulled off in that high production but it's basically just presenting the album into live format.
