It's parodying how formulaic pop songwriting is/was in the dance-pop era. C'Mon was definitely the blueprint tho.

I think his bubble-gum pop sound is the last thing Kesha needs right now tbh. If she comes back with a song like C'mon, then....

In a way she actually has less room to be experimental with this album, if she's aiming it to the charts, which I feel she will do.

Yeah but more and more successful songs these days rely on a 'darker' and 'more personal' sound then back during the animal era, which I think is what she wants to do anyway. From that really short snippet it sounds like she will be channeling Animal (the song) a bit but trying to showcase her growth in terms of vocals.
