Yes, that's a quote from Hillary. The breaking down barriers message has been one she's used since the South Carolina Primary Victory Speech. Mentioning instead of building walls between communities, we need to break them down. I find that message the most important because it immediately reminds me of the Berlin Wall, dividing East and West Germany (though the politics of the wall from there to a border wall are completely different; just really symbolic more so than anything). It's a message built on uniting Americans instead of dividing Americans through dangerous rhetoric like Trump has done. She takes his slogan about "Make America Great Again," and revamps the message to use against him. Promoting we never stopped being great, we just need to be "whole" again. To be whole again means we need more love and kindness. She pretty much uses that in all her speeches lately, so if you get the change to watch, you'll hear it.
