But those are just tourist attractions. Many cities -- Chicago, Houston, Dallas, D.C., Boston, Atlanta, Seattle, Austin, Portland, etc. -- are much more economically important than a city like Vegas. They're huge cities, have a high quality of life, diversified economics, and are accordingly generally growing much faster than cities like Miami and Vegas.
