This week HDD said that between Adele and Rih is like 2-3k diference in SPS but on Billboard there was whole 10k difference

It appears to be that HDD always adjusts their SPS slightly for the next week when they see the Billboard numbers.
So I really think its a true coin flip.

1-2.) Adele (XL/Columbia) 38-43k Sales, 48-53k SPS
1-2.) Rihanna (Westbury Road/Roc Nation) 15-18k, 48-53k
This is embarassing regardless of how you try to defend it saying that it's the new rules and bla bla bla.
Trully tragic... it only exposes her ability to sell actual albums.
The ANTI era should be called the ASTERISK era. Platinum first week** (brought to you by SAMSUNG), 2nd non-consecutive #1 on BB200** (with the lowest pure sales ever) and a sold out tour** (changing some dates from stadiums to smaller arenas).
Trully a slayage on all levels

They can brag all they want about WORK... it trully is a smash.
But in ANTI's case, they need have their seats 'cause no one is buying that **** at all... in a worldwide level also

Trulli a mess. I hope Rihanna gets the #1. Come on. She has to do at least 1 performance in the US

BB should make a rule that the highest single from an album doesn't count as TEA/SEA. Work will basically be #1 on both Hot100 & BB200 It would also prevent OHW from charting high, when there's not interest on the album/artist but just 1 song.
But this benefits Katy so get it Rih

All this obsession and hot air when no matter what, SPS will count and continue to count for Anti's continued success.

Obviously Adele should be #1 as she is the one selling actual albums and it is the ALBUM charts and not some spin off singles chart. Looking at how a certain few artists with smash singles benefit just highlights how ridiculous the album chart rules are.

how ridiculous album SALES are.
But Billboard counts ALBUM CONSUMPTION.
Its not only Work that gives them sales. The rest of the album get a lot of streams and sales too... needed me is Top60 too for example
