Why not play Portugal? If it's about being too expensive,then Spain is probably the same and she would do better in Portugal than she would in Spain, just look at the boxscore from there, 36k would be enough to fill a stadium.
Spain sold out instantly during TMCSWT and if she did two shows there it would have outgrossed Portugal, which actually took quite a long time to sell out

Yeah, Italy is not her biggest market in EU but shes doing fine and its gonna be sold out before July: San Siro Stadium is one of the biggest in Europe
