Grace was only needed to progress the story of Kappa & the bathtun baby. She'll serve no purpose in future seasons.

well, everyone serves some purpose in a season. and some don't serve any purpose (the guy chanel was in a relationship with, or the black guy) and yet they can have a more important role in a later season.

Read better, it's the only purpose her character was created, to create confusion and make it harder for you to unveil the plot. Her story was a huge part on Season 1 but now she's useless for the rest of the season(s). I'm pretty sure Ryan had different things planned for the season and the character importance but everything changed during the season because people had unexpected fan favorites such as Chanel #3 and Denise.

Hester returning already puts the second season at a disadvantage.

I will be pretty sad if Skylar doesn't return! Y'all do too much on Grace sometimes, her character was poorly written, it had nothing to do with the actress - she's amazing.

I'm slowly coming round to the Hospital setting, I still would have preferred a Summer Camp but hopefully they can pull it off. Also, I hope it's an entirely new killer/costume, not here for the red devil coming back, he only worked for S1.

I wonder how much will be set in the hospital. As in, if you look at AHS Asylum it's predominately set only in the asylum, but if you look at the likes of Coven it had multiple locations (The Academy, Voodoo house, New Orleans City etc).

But it's ridiculous for all of you crying over a finale, I mean get over it. Finale was just fine. I love Skyler and Grace was fine imo, she may didn't have lines and I understand why her character was boring but she's a great actress. She didn't die and won't die because she can't be on Season 2 for obvious reason. Just deal it with it people and enjoy the season 2. Skyler or not, Grace or not I'm watching it.

Reasons why Grace CAN'T be on the Season 2.
1st, she was created only to confuse the audience.
2nd, having her on Season 2 would be uneccesary since her story was based on the bathub baby.
3rd, people don't like her because she was the "serious"/boring part of the series and she didn't have lines.
4th, Skyler doesn't want to lose another semester.
