I mean it certainly wasnt the biggest song of the century or whatever, but the dozens of news articles and think pieces I saw on my Facebook definitely weren't a figment of my imagination
She made a political statement, and people willing ate it up. I will never understand people who try and deny that Beyoncé is the biggest current superstar. People literally worship the ground she walks on. She's not my fave but I can see and accept that
