It probably move across the arena, JT had something similar.
He had some type of catwalk that transported him to his from the main stage to his B stage.

Drake had a catwalk on his last tour but his was a circle. He just walked around and gave shoutouts to people in the crowd
it would be cool if Rih's actually went to the B stage but that seems implausible unless it's moving.

The catwalk probably does move, it's a suspended one for a reason.
Justin catwalk was everything.
I freaked out when it started moving.
