Just because Deaf Woman is slow and boring, that doesn't mean it's not a "quick lil single." Megatron actually admitted that NO (Green Sections on the Food Pyramid) was written because L.A. Reed said there weren't any hits on the album, so she wrote it in a day just to comply.
