I think the best thing Bey could do would be release the album in all normal formats for sale, but make the movie a tidal exclusive. That way she can release the singles with videos and it can be put on Vevo in parts.
I agree about the movie. Casual listeners aren't going to be as interested in it as they are the music so just put it on Tidal and release videos to Vevo.
If the movie is under 40 minutes as I assume it'll just feature snippets of the songs. Still gives her room to release other visuals.
