Literally only Poland could have a popstar like Doda and ignore her for the ESC. Doda was everything in 2008. That genuine badass style, the straight and gay appeal, the voice, the stage presence, the anthems... and yet, they relegated her to the Sopot Festival. I found out about her watching the Polish music channel in 2008 nn VIVA I think

Polish media are reporting that TVP (Polish broadcaster) has received official complaint regarding Michał Szpak entry being a plagiarism. Currently TVP lawyers are said to be looking into matter. If the complaint will be reviewed positively (as Michał Szpak song will be declared as plagiarism), TVP would have to choose another song. Rules of Krajowe Eliminacje say that the runnerup should be sent in such cases.
