No. She shouldn't cancel the rest of the tour. No one wins if that happens.
I get a lot of these circumstances are frustrating for some (lack of communication, promotion) and other things are out of anyone's control (illness), but the tour should continue at a steady pace.
I have faith in the tour and Janet and her team. Hopefully everyone and everything gets together and the mess is smoothed over.
