I'd love to see what Hillary defines as "wealthy people" who can afford college. My FAFSA estimates my family contribution at around $22k, but realistically my parents can't and haven't given me any money.

If she tries to follow this same method for who can and can't afford college, it wouldn't work (at least for me but I'm sure there's others like this also). Just another reason why free tuition makes more sense!
