It was huge at the time. Everyone knows the Blue Air Hostess outfit. It's still played on radio frequently here, I hear it on Heart (one of countries biggest stations) weekly and according to CMR, it's her most played song in the UK this month. More than the definitely iconic BOMT. A lot of people on this site assume the US is only country of importance.
