1. We know the tea. Blame Tommy / Irv. Stop blaming J.Lo.
2. The reach.
3. Benny has always been Jennifer Lopez's longtime manager. The whole industry knows this. Mariah hired him after Jen fired him.
4. Jennifer was slaying the charts in 2011 with "On The Floor" which hit #1 in over 20 countries and became the Best Selling Female Single of the Year. She had another Top 20 Platinum hit in 2012.
5. Jennifer Lopez sat on the panel for two years before Mariah did.
6. Jen was in talks for Vegas before Mariah was ever mentioned.
7. Jennifer Lopez is the QUEEN of Epic Records. Literally. It was her home record label for basically 8 years. (9 if you include her "Hits" album). She was also the first female artist to have a #1 album under the label.

1. Yes we know Tommy was the reason for the mess, but so did Jennifer. She knew what he was doing and went along with it! She could have apologized, cancelled the release, replace the sample, etc, but she chose to promote that song despite what everyone knew to be true.
2. You can dismiss the facts but they are what they are. After not releasing anything for over 2 years she came back and released the same week as Mariah. Call it a reach, call it what you want, but it happened.
3. Ive already addressed this.
4. Im not sure what the releases of these other songs have to do with the fact that she released Live It Up the day after Mariah released #B
5. Yes she did, but she chose to come back after Mariah was on it, I mean it just seems like she repeatedly follows what Mariah does.
6. I don't see any recipts here or anywhere, but ok.
7. Again I'm not sure what her accomplishments as an artist have to do with her returning to epic after Mariah did it.
