You have to remember that from the start, the admins were looking for the right software to upgrade into. IPB4 at the time was still in development before it eventually went into beta (a necessary step before it was cleared for release); before it then finally released late last year.

I swear. ATRLers in general have so little clue on how betas work. It takes TIME (weeks, occasionally months are necessary to test for glitches and bugs) to finalize a release. Plus Athens (and joe) are responsible for coding and styling the IPB4 to match ATRL's specific needs (and coding takes a huge amount of time to do).

Then you shouldn't put a date up in the first place. Also I've been on hundreds of betas, I know how they go, I wasn't complaining like some other members. Someone said it but it is unprofessional, forum or not.

Things happen. Setbacks happen. The only reason it took as long as it did is simply relying on the IPB4 to be released. Plus the admins DO have lives on top of everything else they do around here. Unprofessional or not, ya'll need to cut back on some of the complaints because we're finally at this point now. Be grateful.
