I think the tour being announced so early might have been pressure from Samsung, in all honesty. I think they did that to pressure her to finally release the album, Kuk Harell did an interview saying Rihanna was being a perfectionist, and more meticulous with the vocal producing this time around, compared to before where like most artist she'd come listen to the final product, and only make tiny changes. She was making changes to basically every line.
However, that being said.. They're still being very messy. The PUMA show has been on the schedule for over a year, they knew it was coming so I don't know why the had her on Lionel tribute, guessing to pay him back for Diamond Ball tbh but still, and then have her at the Grammys the following day.
Also if Rihanna wasn't capable of doing adequate promotion then they should have went harder with social media promotion at the very least. They should have had ads going on Youtube for the tour, and all.
They have Samsung, and they better take advantage of the new Galaxy S7 to do some promotion.
Also she has a **cking song called "Work", she better **cking shoot an ad with PUMA, it'll be corny but **** it's an easy ad that they can air everywhere and have easy promo, and PUMA sales will keep raising therefore everyone wins.
Also Rihanna has never had this many sponsors investing so much money in her tour, the production better be fire.
Anyways, I can only hope that going forward they are more organized.
