Make sure to create an account with them in advance, so that when you checkout you just have to log in and all your details will be there. Saves a lot of time.
Today for the pre-sale, they had a queue that already started about 10 minutes before the sale opened. So maybe try to be on the site earlier to join the queue as early as possible (if they do a queue).
