You could argue there is a rape culture, but the statistics feminists and disingenuous pieces of propaganda like The Hunting Ground throw around are COMPLETELY wrong. The "believe survivors!!" mentality is so ****ed up too and goes against one of the basic tenets of a free society (the presumption of innocence), The Hunting Ground in particular incriminates and accuses people who have already been proven innocent by the courts with very very very unreliable testimony.
