Thought it was a little rude that the actors/actresses of the prequels weren't invited to the premiere. Know that the obsessed Star Wars fans generally hate them but they did the best they could with the material and some r very happy to be in the franchise. Or maybe they were invited but just didn't show, idk, it just seemed strange to me that Ian and especially Ewan (since he is actually in the movie) didn't show. Doubt Natalie would have gone in the first place though.

Who cares if Star Wars has strong role models for minorities Rey is a horrible Mary Sue of a character and the whole film is a redux of A New Hope. They should have kept Lucas as the story creator (not screenwriter or director) because the new film has ZERO imagination. Terrible.

At the end of the day an Oscar for Original Song is an impressive receipt, but it's not much more than that if it's not backed up by a hit or a quality song. Juicy J and John Legend have Oscars for Original Song And those two tracks are unknown and horrible. Madonna doesn't, but she could fill an entire album with top quality, global hit soundtrack singles, from "Crazy for You" to "Vogue" to "I'll Remember" to "Beautiful Stranger" to "Die Another Day". Having amazing music you can enjoy that the world enjoyed too >>>

Apparently Georgie's draft was terrible. It was going to b a happy go-lucky story about Luke and Han/Leia's young kids, like teenagers, everyone living happily ever after like the now rescinded books. Glad that the movie showed that everyone's life was realistic. Leia and Han splitting up but still being in love with so genuine to their relationship. And Mara Jade always screamed Mary Sure 2 me even though I liked her.
