Alito - 3rd Circuit judge (and before that, New Jersey US Attorney)
Roberts - DC Circuit judge
Breyer - 1st Circuit chief judge
Ginsburg - DC Circuit judge
Thomas - DC Circuit judge
[Souter - 1st Circuit judge]
Kennedy - 9th Circuit judge
[Scalia - DC Circuit judge]
So only Kagan wasn't a circuit judge of the last 10 appointed...
He made some nasty comments about minorities, was against women's rights, and fought like hell against gay rights. Sorry to his family; he can rest in piss.
Scalia was a bigot, xenophobe and a racist. While I feel for the family who may have loved him, he will be remembered for the hateful peace of trash that he became. His policies were to set this country back by 100 years. The fear mongering, race baiting and hateful rhetoric towards women, gays and minorities is why he will not be remembered fondly by those who don't believe in his brand of Americanism.
i am disturbed by all the gheys in here celebrating the fact that he is dead. This is the reason why we're so hated - we should at least know better and take the liberty to pay respect to a human life.

This totally changes who I am going to vote for POTUS. I will be officially backing Hillary or Bernie now instead of Trump.
Uhm. Ginsberg is 82. Scalia was 79. It was obvious one was going to retire or die during the next President's term. The fact that you even entertained voting for Trump when this has always been an important issue to consider...
