I think Americans have more sex appeal honestly. The pure choice of guys in America is unmatched in any other country, from a serious multitude in different accents, to different looks and races, its not comparable imo. Also, people say we don't know fashion, but didn't the British kind of adopt ours?

99.9% of fashion designers are European, practically all of the the high fashion designers are European, the only American one I can think of is Tom Ford.
Considering white American guys are also european, I'm gonna say no. And I personally don't find European guys more attractive than African diasporic people, mixed populations in Latin America, or Asians (ALL Asians, not just East).

Europe has been borrowing American music and fashion since the turn of the 21st century yet try to act cute like they start every trend

No not really. When I went to America in 2013 I didn't see anyone who dressed like a European, even remotely. All I saw were faded colors, hoodies, Aéropostale/Hollister, and untidy haircuts.

Usually Americans are more masculine/bodybuilding type of people compared to the rest of the world. They wokout the most and have more outrageously/provactive sense of fashion. They proudly wear their tattooes, hip-hop outfit, sagging pants, ripped jeans and ray-bans. Which makes them look more stylish than Europeans.
