I wonder if those Capitol meetings a few weeks ago were related to the album. We haven't got any news except for that research and development crap. I hope you know what you're doing, Katheryn.

Am I missing a joke or are some of y'all actually confused about her mentioning Research and Development? R&D is the first stage in creating a product, all the ideas are brought together before being produced, marketed and finally released.

She was just saying she's not very far into the process yet. Her meetings at Capitol would be setting out a timeline, arranging funding etc. There's no news for her to tell us (and even if there was she has never been one to state it outright until she's almost done).

THIS! I keep seeing this thread like ignoring what that means - "research and development" means songs haven't even been written, let alone recorded and mixed.
