So far it's performing exactly like a 1D single, just with lower sales and better streaming. We have no way of knowing how it will do on radio in the long run, or if it will stall on pop after a few weeks like most 1D singles do. I don't see any reason to claim it will have more longevity just yet

I love Pillow Talk, but I hope it doesn't debut at #1 just so there isn't a bunch of "omg doing what 1D never could!" because it would be idiotic.

Definitely not. He's very stable at #1 on Spotify and looks to have a nice run at pop radio, so Pillowtalk should have at least moderate longevity. I'm thinking it could spend anywhere between 20 and 30 weeks on the chart.

Hopefully with radio increasing and good streams he can stay within the top 10 next week but with Super Bowl and then the Grammys who knows

You beat me lol! "Sexual Healing" surprises me though, as that was a big hit. SH held the modern-day record for the longest stay at #1 on BB's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles Chart, 10 weeks, prior to the Soundscan Era.

Nothing From Nothing was #1 19 Oct 74 and Then Came You was #1 26 Oct 74. So this was actually back to back weeks!

Also Tony Orlando & Dawn's "Steppin Out (Gonna Boogie Tonight)" fell from 7-48-(87-X) and Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Sweet Home Alabama" fell 8-44(-93-X) on 09 Nov when Wonder tumbled from 1-12!
