460= the 10-30 minute time span when ANTI was leaked on TIDAL. Remember when the snippets were leaking and everyone was going *******? 460 desperate people bought the album on TIDAL while it was available

It's because the album was (a) leaked and (b) given out for free and (c) Tidal exclusive.
You literally needed to sign up to Tidal to get the album at all.
And by the time anyone would've been thirsty enough to get Tidal, they would stream the album.

This is such a tiring mess to explain.

How so? Rih usually sells only a million and a half per album aside from GGGB and LOUD. And she done gave a million copies away for free. I love the album, but it has no "GP loving" BOPS...no way to spin it, ANTi's sales are going to be tragique.
