I don't think it's something new. Too good to be true. But if it is somthing new she'll not put it on iTunes. Or it will be a catch for it not to chart high knowing B.

I just found out the superbowl will be airing at BeIn Sports !! My question is when the halftime show begins? Because the game starts really late !!

I'm actually expecting new music announcement sometime this week
I mean, she's already done the classics like CIL & Baby Boy.. she's already done signature uptempos like End of Time and she used the intro of RTW to open up the show. She did the first part of LOT and she already brought out DC.

She does not need 30 dancers for Hymn, a song that's slow-ish and she doesn't have equal parts in. I doubt she'd bring 7/11 or Drunk In Love to the SB since those songs aren't very family-friendly considering the SB is a family-oriented event.

exactly. That's why they chose Bruno and Bey, cause they are the most capable of performing sth by Janet, Michael, Aerosmith, etc alike. I think the show will be extraordinary, but I rly don't expect anything new.

Besides, Bey is a class act. She'd never steal the spotlight in such a way. Remember our queen is humble and respectful.

It's not about wasting, it's about fulfilling the purpose of why she's booked in the first place. This is not a "Beyonce show" like SB2013, but a very special SB that is supposed to celebrate the SB and all the halftimeshows so far. The most I could see them doing is releasing a collab between Coldplay, Bruno and Bey out of nowhere, but Bey is definitely not going to do an "ego-trip" by promoting her own stuff.

I didn't mean that.
I kno its the Super Bowl show and I kno Coldplay are headlining but I think she won't waste the attention she will get even singing there for 2 mins, I expect the tour to be announced right after and maybe a single release if she's satisfied with the album recordings.

Yall said the the same thing about Super Bowl 2013 being a waste but it helped ST tremendously. Her performing the halftime show helps her reach new audiences. Not to mention it helps the music she already has out sell even more.
