Tone = A musical tone is characterized by its duration, pitch, intensity (or loudness), and timbre (or quality).

Pitch-wise, Bey is flawfree, her duration and stamina is impressive as ****, her intensity is remarkable

so what you refer to is her timbre, which is subjective since it refers to tone color. If you like that or not has nothing to do with an objective measurement of her actual voice.
