I don't understand how people keep screaming, "FIX!" with Gemma being immune. It's clearly random since they were preloaded . They only had Gemma and Stephanie as last for dramatic effect

Exactly. And they went to choose their own boxes. Tiffany initially wanted Stephanie's box, but Steph snatched it. It's not like Gemma would have gone anyway. If it was fixed, Stephanie probably would have won it.
