Kelly took both the songs Sia wrote for her, there was no leftovers or rejects, as far as I'm aware, so I doubt this is for her.

I really like this. The prechorus is amazing. It does sound like a Bird Set Free/Cheap Thrills mashup, though. Maybe it'll make for a cohesive album.
