I'm thinking the producers were already struggling with planning the evictions because 15 housemates have to leave within 4 weeks. If the housemate entering isn't worth the time and money, then I'd understand why there's no more newbies to come.
This is the third or fourth time I'm posting now about Bianca's schedule being clear. And she's still in London according to her social media.

Bianca isn't going to be there y'all. Michelle talked about it in a podcast and she said that Bianca would never go in there because she thinks it's dumb
I don't think there will be a replacement. The only reason there was one two seasons ago with Katie Price was because like 3 people were kicked out/walked off within the first week.
