It's weird that Beyoncé has so much impact on the K-pop industry of all genre.
I wouldn't say people see her as truly underrated but it's just that people don't get her the total of top vocalists because of the nature of several her songs (Basically she ain't singing Hellos and We Belong Togethers as main singles every era). There's also the stupid "lack of emotion" argument whenever we do bring up her vocals. Most people would not simply believe you if you said that Bey has more vocal range than Adele even those there's evidences and articles to support that. It's kinda the same with Gaga since she does mostly pop dance-y music.
