It's like top 10 in the UK and already top 50 in the US, whilst climbing at a massive rate. This is going to make the record label think AIA is the best choice for third single.
I think we are all seriously missing the single potential in AIA...

Hmm perhaps, it depends on how it holds and what Adele and her team wants to release. As long as WUTB is a single then I'm fine

Well fo course AIA would climb on iTunes a lot when it's used in a video that's already viral and it's the only song that wasn't/isn't a single from those used in the video, so people who didn't buy the album haven't heard it yet. Doesn't mean it should be a single, definitely not after Hello and WWWY, like come on, how many ballads ďn a row do you think the GP can take? She needs to release something uptempo next, pleaseeeee.
Btw. I'm pretty sure she sang much more songs from 25 during the carpool karaoke. The exec. producer said in an interview they were driving around for a few hours and the original cut was 54 minutes... then they cut it again to 15.

I'm just saying, when a 30 second snippet of a song on a show in America can make it go top 10 in the UK so confidently, it says a lot about the promo sensitivity of said song and therefore its single potential. That's how it works.

I wouldn't mind, but WUTB is > Also SML seems to be liked since it has been doing the best on Itunes so I guess why not?

I would have to agree in that it its very close to Top 10 in the UK. However this doesn't mean it should be the third single

Two from 21 & two from 25 and paying dust to Hometown Glory while its raining London outside!
WTF Adele?! Have you no shame
So, Yeah! H, RITD, SLY and AIA were the filler of the video It was going to be even more awesome video if there were more songs from other artists

It's already top 10 At the end of the day, the GP have shown that they respond well to AIA.

If anyone wants to read that interview with Late Late Show's exec. producer:

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I know how "it works". All I'm saying is that 3 ballads in a row is way too much.

I've said that AIA is not even in my top 5 on the album, but it's clearly got single potential and underrated within her main base.

It's the crowning glory of the album even if it doesnt smash as hard as Hello, it still is. 25 is about making up with yourself, what other song could represent 25 better than WWWY, except for maybe MYA. That's why it's her favorite song, just like HG to 19 and SLY to 21. She will release anything that she's very proud of obviously.
Actually i just realized that maybe she didn't do WWWY in carpool, on purpose, coz it will definitely draw attention to it, see AIA... and they probably didn't want to yet, since the Grammys is just the best time to do it, and Hello still has a lot of heat into it

You're right on everything. I love WWWY so much I don't want her to waste any chance to turn the song into a hit.
Her doing AIA on carpool will draw more attention into the album as a whole and not into a particular song. That's what she wants, she wants people to connect with every song on the album.

I recognize that AIA is cheesy, but am I missing something more than that? For me, it's amazing live and the key change is epic. But some of y'all are talking like it's impossible that people could genuinely like this song
WUTB should be next, then SML for summer. Idk beyond that just yet. I'd love to hear SD on the radio at some point, it could be an early lead-in to the next album where she hopefully explores that sort of 90s sound more, but it's already giving me IBW could've-been vibes...
