It's 2016 for christ's sake. This "MIlotic is bad and uglee xD lel" nonesense is tired a boring.
As for Garbador. It's ugly, it's supposed to be ugly. It's a trash monster. But its design works well with it's theme/ concept and its pre evolution's design and i apreciate it (that said Garbador is not even close to be one of my faves). I mean we all know you only care about Pokemon being "beautiful" so we don't really need to take this discussion any further. It's pointless.

there's nothing wrong with Milotic though. It's maybe a little boring design wise but it's beautiful. A trash bag, an ice cream and a snowflake on the other hand... that's when you know they just gave up.

There's a difference between simple but effective (ala Milotic) and just not putting in any effort (ala Vanilluxe)

thank god I stan for the golden generation aka Rube/Emerald/Sapphire.
Lucario is a great design though, even if it's one of the most overrated Pokemon ever. It looks amazing. They really put effort into it and you can easily see that.
Still a bit pressed that it's two of my least favorite types ever instead of Psychic
