It's a tad ridiculous and there's more rap than Gaga vocals but overall the beat is great, the featured artists deliver and Gaga slays as usual. Many just like to hate but it's rap and rap is uglee to them.
Honestly, there's no song I dislike in Gaga's discography so far. Same for many of the people in my signature, too.
