Sia and Selena were able to get a #1 with less than 100,000 in 2013 (Sia only sold 52,000). I think Britney can sell ~100,000 first week if the lead single is strong, plus she has TEA+SEA to help this time around. Her team just needs to be smart with the release week and price the album correctly this time.
Britney Jean is still overpriced at $10.99 for the standard edition with only 10 tracks and $13.99 for the deluxe edition with only 13 tracks and a remix. #B9 should be priced at $7.99 for the standard and $9.99 for the deluxe.
