Blair. She has some of the best drags/reads I've ever seen in Television and the way Leighton Meester portrayed her with such bitchiness but vulnerability, god, truly one of the best characters on a teen show that nobody can compete with.

Sadly someone almost fit the shoes. Lindsay Lohan was almost Blair.
I picked Blair even though I don't like her in the last two seasons. I thought the depth and development of Serena naturally being a bad girl and trying to be a goody-two shoes was great and Blake gave a flawless performance but I just prefer Blair a little more.
