hell ya it is. I took macro for two weeks and quit that **** cause it was so hard. They make it impossible at my school, and I was so depressed at how behind I got in two weeks that I just couldn't deal with it. I still have to take it. We'll get through this **** together tho.

That's why it's boring tho. The intro classes are always boring and slow because they give you an overall idea of what economics is. As you get into more specific classes, economics gets really interesting. My school has so many cool econ electives, I'm sure yours does to.

I personally really enjoy economics, but if you don't, why major in it.

Econ electives suck at my school, but I do like learning in Econ. It just takes soo much effort cause our department is so difficult. Also doesn't change the fact that the classes r still boring n dry. Plus, the major beautifully accessorizes my first major and gives me a nice little talking point during interviews.

I guess it does depend on the department. My econ department is wonderful, as it should be since econ is the most popular major here.

tea a bit but once you finish those conceptual/theory classes and get into the applications of economics like econ of poverty, health economics, banking, etc it becomes a lot more interesting

Because it's like a business degree but more versatile and impressive. I'm hoping it'll get more interesting after I transfer schools and start taking harder courses.

I ventured on to D2L to see these Law modules I'm suppose to read before classes start on Monday and they are DULL. Not excited for that course.

I'm only taking 3 courses this semester which is nice and all but I can't help but feel just a bit guilty since I'm used to taking full course-loads (usually 5, occasionally 4, twice 6 ). So now it feels weird...? I know its not a big deal really since its only a one-time thing but I feel awkward when I tell other people that I only come to campus 3x a week.

I am so BORED with my break

I'm really excited to start my semester. I have Intro to Film, Intro to Media Production, Human Sexuality, Social Psychology, and Statistics for Psychology (I'll be dropping Sex or Soc).

Also, I got my final grades for last semester, and I'm so happy. I got A's in Spanish 4, Art History, and Environmental Geology, and got a BC in Accelerated Gen Chem, so I finished with a 3.53. I wasn't expecting an A in Spanish or Art History not bad for a semester in which I barely studied due to focus/motivation/depression problems.

I'll also be starting the process of applying for study abroad next year in London
